HOW I WORK

I can help you think through what the problems may be and how I can help. I am happy to discuss your concerns over the phone to see if this is the right service for you. If you want to meet there are a variety of ways we can do this.

Up to the age of 16 I would initially meet with parents/carers as well as meeting the child or young person individually.

For 16-25 year olds, I could see young people with or without their parents/carers.

I can meet with just parents as appropriate.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Referrals:

I accept referrals either from individuals and/or their families directly as well as from medical professionals eg GPs., Paediatricians, Adult mental health professionals.

You can either telephone or email to book an appointment

Assessments:

I will meet with the young person and family as appropriate, undertake a full assessment of the current concerns as well as explore past difficulties, early development and relevant family and physical health. As well as hearing everyone's point of view I will meet with the young person individually. Thereafter with a detailed understanding from all perspectives a diagnosis and formulation will then enable a treatment plan.
